Printed Packing Tape vs. Tamper Evident Packing Tape

When it comes to sealing tape, you have options. You can use regular packing tape, preprinted tape or genuine security tape (tamper-evident tape).
Preprinted packing tape is basically sealing tape with a custom printed message such as “Stop if seal is broken”. You may think that it protects your packages, but this video shows you it’s not that difficult to remove without leaving any trace of tampering.
Security packing tape, on the other hand, cannot be removed and reapplied without leaving evidence, such as a “void” or “opened” message. That’s why it also goes by the name tamper-proof tape or more accurately tamper-evident packing tape. ...
